Quality Control Administrator Dispatcher
Job Requirements: The role of the Quality Control Administrator is to provide a high level of quality control throughout the building process by means of reviewing the various stages of construction and effectively communicating with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure Carolina Signature Homes standards are consistently being met with every home that is built. They will provide clients with exceptional warranty service from initial claim through completion and sign-off of warranty service. She/he must possess expert-level organizational skills and strong attention to detail. She/he will demonstrate a high level of follow up and accountability. Finally, she/he will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A sense of urgency is required for this role.
Required Skills:
2-5 years of residential construction experience ;Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with clients and subcontractors;
Strong customer serviceability;
Proficient computer skills/ Microsoft Excel;
Builder Trend software experience a plus.
Duties will include coordination and scheduling our in house technicians and subcontractors, and vendors for work in homeowners’ homes and homes under construction.
