Bring your four legged best friend dressed up in your most creative costumes for a chance to win the grand prize. Enjoy refreshments and Halloween themed snacks by The Village Café, interact with cats and dogs sponsored in partnership with the SPCA Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare, and end the evening with a showing of Hocus Pocus at sundown!
